TARC is offering rides for car-free Halloween on Hillcrest Avenue, a route that stops at Hillcross and Frankfort, allowing trick-or-treaters to walk down Hillcrerest without cars on the street. Tickets are required for the event, which runs from 5 to 9 p.m. on Halloween night. Trick-or -treating on HillCrest is free, but tickets can be purchased from LMPD on either side of the street, and can be obtained from either side or side of Hillcree.
