This fall, the brewery is launching a line of limited-time beers that highlight the flavors of Cincinnati and reflect the city’s rich and unique food history.

The first in the line of Cincinnati favorites was announced Tuesday — an Opera Cream Stout inspired by The BonBonerie’s famous Opera Cream Torte. Other collaborations include Graeter’s Ice Cream, LaRosa’s Pizza and more.

“We’ve always been honored to play a role in creating some of Cincinnati’s most unique beer flavors. The city has such iconic and nostalgic brands, and we’re so excited to launch the Cincinnati Favorites line,” Jake Rouse, co-founder and CEO of Braxton Brewing, said in a press release. "Cincinnati has a robust history and we have the opportunity to elevate the experience with unique beers. Through nostalgic flavors, it takes the consumer to a specific, unique time and place when enjoying these beers.”

The Cincinnati Favorites line will be released in early September and will be available in six packs of 12-ounce cans in Braxton’s taproom and in Kroger stores throughout the region for $10.99.

Braxton Brewing is also celebrating the Opera Cream Stout’s launch with “Opera Fest” on Saturday, Sept. 30 in the Covington taproom.
